Designer, builder, 18 years deep.

Hi! My name is George. My friends call me Jott, and you can too. I'm a Senior Product Designer and UX/UI Lead with 18 years of experience designing enterprise and consumer digital products.

I combine UX research, product strategy, design systems, accessibility, and front-end development with AI-assisted workflows to take products from discovery and prototype through production. My path started in Computer Science, so I'm as comfortable in an engineering standup as in a design critique.

At SpinifexIT I led a UX overhaul that improved task completion by 85% and built a Material design system that cut design-to-development handoff time by 40%. - Design system & UX governance: established enterprise design and accessibility standards across web properties, strengthening consistency, conversion funnels, and performance
